Realm Realty was founded in November of 1995 for the purpose of continuing the development and acquisitions of strategically located shopping centers and single tenant buildings. Founded by Jeffrey L. Moore, the cornerstone of the company is Mr. Moore’s 45-year plus career in the neighborhood and community shopping center industry and his strong working relationships with some of the nation’s largest and most respected retailers.

To date Realm Realty has developed over 5 million square feet of mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial properties in fifteen states at an estimated cost in excess of $1 billion. Realm Realty has relationships with national retailers such as Kroger, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Walgreens, Trader Joe’s, Academy Sport’s, Marshall’s, Ross, Aldi, Best Buy, Floor & Décor, Conn’s, Big Lot’s, Hobby Lobby, Rouses Supermarkets, Barnes & Noble, Office Max, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and Planet Fitness, among others.
